For small business owners who are working hard and still not seeing the results.

Your business isn't broken. Something in it is.

Find the one thing that's really holding your business back, fix it, and get it working again, with someone who won't walk away until it does.

Apply For A Fix Call. It takes two minutes. I read every application myself.

Does this sound familiar?

You're working harder than ever, but the money isn't following.
You've tried the obvious fixes. A new website, more posts, another course. Nothing really changed.
You've paid people who promised results, delivered activity, then moved on.
You know something's wrong. You just can't put your finger on what.
There's nobody you can ask who'll give you a straight answer.

If you nodded at any of those, you're not failing. You're too close to it. Everyone is, in their own business.

Why Nobody has ever Helped You Properly

Here's something the business world doesn't talk about.

When a big company gets stuck, it calls someone in. Someone whose job is to find what's really wrong, own the fix, and stay until it's done.

When a small business gets stuck, nobody comes. You get offered a website, a course, a social media package. Activity, sold by people who move on when it doesn't work.

The real help, the kind that fixes a business rather than decorating it, has always been sized and priced for companies with a finance department. You were never the customer it was built for.

That's not your failing. It's a gap in the market. And it's why so many good owners stay stuck for years.

Most people you hire sell you activity. I take responsibility for the result.

So I changed who I work for...

I'm John Paul Hill. For thirty years I was the person big organisations called when things had gone wrong. The problems were the same ones you've got: something not working, nobody owning it, and everyone too close to see why.

Now I only work with small business owners, consultants, coaches and people working for themselves.

Same approach. Find what's really wrong. Take responsibility for fixing it. Don't walk away until it's working. Just built for a business your size.

P.S. Not sure whether your problem is fixable? Apply anyway.
The call is free, and if I can't help, I'll tell you straight and point you to someone who can.

What thirty years of fixing things means for you.

1. Your problem is rarely where you're looking. The symptom shouts. The cause whispers. You stop spending money on the wrong fix.
2. More activity won't fix your business. If the real problem is your pricing, your offer or your confidence, another website won't help. You'll find out which it is.
3. You're part of the fix. That's good news. It means the answer is within your control.
4. Someone has to own the result. Most people you hire sell you activity. When it doesn't work, they move on. I don't.
5. Your numbers tell the truth. You see what's really happening, not what you hoped was happening.
6. Your customers are influenced in ways they don't notice. So are you. Once you see how it works, you can use it honestly, and stop it being used against you.

If you nodded at any of those, you're not failing. You're too close to it. Everyone is, in their own business.

What you get.

A proper diagnosis. You find out what's really wrong, which is rarely what you think.
Clearer thinking. You get unstuck on the decisions you've been putting off.
The right help. You get the right people and tools, and suppliers who are kept honest.
Someone who stays. You're not left halfway. I stay until it works.

One thing to know: I won't do the work you should be doing. You stay in charge of your business. You just stop doing it alone.

Is this for you?

This is for you if :

You run a small business, or work for yourself as a consultant, coach or solo operator.
You know something isn't working, but you can't pin down what.
You may have spent money on marketing or advice that didn't help.
You're ready to hear the truth and act on it.

One thing to know: I won't do the work you should be doing. You stay in charge of your business. You just stop doing it alone.

This isn't  for you if :

You want someone to do it all for you.
You're looking for a quick marketing trick or that lazy "quick fix".
You don't really want anything to change.

How It Works

Step 1: The 20-Minute Fix Call. Free.

Tell me what's not working. You'll leave with at least one thing to fix this week, whether you ever work with me or not. No pitch, no pressure.

Step 2: The Fix Review. Only if you need it.

If there's more to it than one quick fix, I'll suggest a Fix Review. It's a proper session, in person in Lincolnshire or on video, where we go through your business, your numbers and what you've already tried. Within 48 hours you get a one-page fix plan: what's broken, what to fix first, and how.

If you want my help putting it right afterwards, the Fix Review fee comes off.

Your guarantee: if the Fix Review doesn't find at least one fix worth more than the fee, you don't pay.

Why apply for a free call? I work alone, so I keep a limited number of Fix Calls each week. Applying takes two minutes, and it means I've read about your business before we speak.

P.S. Not sure whether your problem is fixable? Apply anyway.
The call is free, and if I can't help, I'll tell you straight and point you to someone who can.
